This paper explores the concept of free web series, focusing on the popular web series "Besharams 18". Through a mixed-methods approach, this study examines the motivations, preferences, and behaviors of audiences who watch web series for free, and discusses the implications of this trend on the entertainment industry.
This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. A survey was conducted among 500 participants who reported watching "Besharams 18" web series for free. The survey instrument included questions on demographics, motivations, preferences, and behaviors related to watching web series for free. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 participants to gather more nuanced insights into their experiences and perceptions.
